The MALEFARGE estate is open all year round, on a very picturesque site in the heart of nature where you can enjoy peace and quiet during your stay.
The location is ideal for fishing 400 m from the Dordogne, discovering the most beautiful villages of Corrèze, and its geographical location at the gateway to Cantal, Lot and Dordogne!
Single-level access to the Gîte du Pressoir : living room - fitted kitchen - lounge - bedroom 140 - walk-in shower and WC - insert with free wood. Upstairs includes two bedrooms (140 and 2 x 90) - shower room - separate toilet. Independent WIFI.
Adjoining the gîte, possibility of 5 additional beds in the Mathilde apartment : kitchen - bedroom 140 - shower room - toilet and upstairs bedroom 3 beds 90 - private terrace overlooking the pond.
On the back right, facing the pond, the Gîte de la Marguerite offers you 7 beds spread over 2 bedrooms 140 - 2 bedrooms 3 beds 90 -
2 bathrooms - 2 separate toilets - fully equipped living room - relaxation area - insert (wood supplied) - private terrace with direct access to the park - independent WIFI.
The pond is fenced, the 5000 m² park is family-friendly, surrounded by the Malefarge stream, it will delight everyone with children's games - football goals - pétanque court (boules provided). 6 mountain bikes are available upon reservation.
The Gîtes are approved by the National Fishing Federation - garage and cellars have everything you need to store fishing rods and waders safely - A shed in the park also allows for the storage of boats.

Accessible for people with reduced mobility.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (140 and 2 x 90) with storage - shower room - separate toilet.
